If these terms are translated into another language, in the event of a conflict, the French version of this document shall prevail.
This means that if your terms and conditions are translated into another language and there is a difference or conflict between the two versions, the French version will be considered the official and definitive version.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the hotel-terminus.ch website (hereinafter "the website") owned by Hôtel Terminus Gastro SA. Hôtel Terminus Gastro SA is a commercial enterprise with its registered office at rue du Levant, 1920 Martigny, Switzerland, with company identification number CHE-621-3000203-1, and registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Valais. The customer's use of Hotel Terminus's online reservation services presumes, in all cases, acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in the version published by Hotel Terminus at the time of reservation. It is therefore convenient for the customer to read these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the reservation of all Hotel Terminus rooms via its website, to consumers to whom reservations can be delivered worldwide. Hotel Terminus informs that its website is exclusively intended for a public over 18 years of age. Hotel Terminus reserves the right to cancel a customer account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
The customer can make an online reservation on the website by selecting the arrival date, number of nights, room type and number of occupants. The room rate and applicable taxes will be clearly indicated before the reservation is finalized.
The applicable prices are those shown on the website at the time of booking. Prices are detailed for each room type and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The total cost of the reservation is indicated to the customer in detail at the time of booking.
Payment will be made at the end of the booking process and will be an essential condition for its formalization. Payment can be made by Visa® or Mastercard® credit card. In all cases, the choice of payment method is made during the booking process on the corresponding screen. The customer must inform Hotel Terminus of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for reservations, by e-mail or telephone, as soon as possible so that Hotel Terminus can take appropriate action.
Once payment has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the booking. It is recommended to print and keep this email. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact Hotel Terminus as soon as possible.
Cancellation conditions will depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking. Cancellation conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of booking and will also be included in the booking confirmation email.
Check-in and check-out times will be indicated at the time of booking and will be included in the booking confirmation email. Should guests wish to arrive earlier or leave later, they must contact Hotel Terminus to check availability and any additional charges.
Hotel Terminus shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages that the customer may suffer, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, lost enjoyment, lost work time or third party claims.
This contract is governed by Swiss law. In the event of any dispute arising from the existence, interpretation, execution or non-execution of the contract, the competent Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Hotel Terminus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately and will apply to all reservations made after the date of modification.
